BlueRock Haltom Concrete provides professional concrete installation, repair, and restoration services for residential and commercial properties in Haltom, TX and surrounding areas. Our services include but are not limited to concrete driveways, patios, sidewalks, foundations, stamped concrete, and related masonry work. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.
3. Estimates and Quotes
We provide free estimates for your concrete project. All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date provided unless otherwise specified. Quotes are based on the scope of work discussed and site conditions at the time of inspection. If project conditions change or additional work is required, we will provide a revised estimate before proceeding. Final pricing may vary if unforeseen issues arise during the project.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be clearly outlined in your project contract. Typically, we require a deposit before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon project completion. We will communicate any delays promptly and work to minimize their impact on your project. You agree that reasonable delays do not constitute a breach of contract.
6. Warranty and Liability
We stand behind our workmanship and offer a warranty on our services as specified in your project contract. This warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, settling, or acts of nature. Our liability is limited to the cost of repairs or replacement of defective work. We are not liable for any consequential or indirect damages arising from our services.
7. Property Access and Conditions
You agree to provide clear access to the work area and ensure that the site is ready for our crew on the scheduled start date. This includes removing vehicles, outdoor furniture, and other obstacles. You are responsible for marking any underground utilities, sprinkler lines, or other hidden infrastructure before work begins. We are not responsible for damage to unmarked utilities or features not disclosed during the initial site inspection.
8. Changes and Cancellations
If you need to make changes to your project or cancel your contract, please notify us as soon as possible. Changes to the scope of work may result in adjusted pricing and timelines. Cancellations may be subject to fees for work already completed, materials purchased, or scheduling losses incurred. Specific cancellation terms will be outlined in your project contract.
9. Insurance and Permits
BlueRock Haltom Concrete is fully licensed and insured to perform concrete work in Haltom, TX and surrounding areas. We will obtain all necessary permits for your project as required by local regulations. Permit fees are typically included in your project quote unless otherwise specified. You are responsible for obtaining any homeowner association approvals that may be required for your project.
10. Dispute Resolution
If any disputes arise regarding our services, we encourage you to contact us directly to resolve the matter. We are committed to working with you to find a fair solution. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
